Development plan Marienthal 8 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Ordinance on the Marienthal 8 Development Plan of 20 May 1975 (HmbGVBl. P. 98) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Regulation amending the Regulation on the Marienthal 8 Development Plan” is added to the Regulation.
2. In § 2, the following sentences are added:
‘In commercial areas, retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall not be permitted. In exceptional cases, retail in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing is permitted. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
