Service WMS (Web Map Service) Urban treatment plant discharge points (Q2017. Dir 91/271/EEC)
Description
The WMS Service (Web Map Service) called "Urban purification points (Q2017). Dir 91/271/EEC)" allows the display and consultation of the data set representing the position of discharge points from treatment plants in accordance with Directive 91/271/EEC on urban waste water treatment. Information on sewage plants, their discharge points and sensitive areas has been forwarded to the European Commission in accordance with the data model specified on the EIONET website http://cdr.eionet.europa.eu/help/UWWTD/UWWTD_613 , and their content can be found on the website.
The mapping corresponds to the active discharge points (whose data are in force and have not been decommissioned) of the treatment plants reported in the latest monitoring report “Questionnaire 2017” containing the state of progress of Directive 91/271/EEC as of 31/12/2016.
