Building Restricted Areas
Description
Restricted areas pursuant to Section 107 et seq. of the Federal Mining Act. Insofar as land is to be used for the exploration and extraction of mineral resources, the provincial government may determine construction restricted areas by statutory order if the use serves the general interest because of the economic importance of the mineral resources for the supply of the market with raw materials and because of the need for a comprehensive use of the deposit.
