Building Restriction Areas
Description
Building restriction areas pursuant to Section 107 et seq. of the Federal Mining Act. To the extent that land is to be used for the exploration and extraction of mineral resources, the Land Government may, by regulation, determine building restricted areas if, due to the economic importance of mineral resources for the supply of raw materials to the market and due to the need for a comprehensive use of the deposit, the utilisation serves the benefit of the general public.
