Yield measurement figures Hamburg

Description

For reasons of uniform taxation, all agricultural land is subject to land estimation. The yield metric (EMC) is an index for the natural yield of a soil-estimated area and is calculated from the area and the number of arable land or grassland. If applicable, the total yield metric of a parcel of land is a product of several yield metrics. The service provides the total yield metrics for all parcels for which soil estimation results are available. As the EMCs are subject to ongoing review and re-evaluation on the one hand and depend on the area size on the other hand, they are calculated on a reference date basis and thus made available. The data sets are continued each year with a time series. The cut-off date is January 1st of each year. The dataset is the basis of the real estate tax reform and is in consultation with the tax administration.
