Transport routes external security (Environmental Regulation)
Description
This file contains the transport routes related to external safety (Article 23(1) of the Wettransport Dangerous Substances – Provincial Basic Network Groningen) as laid down in the Environmental Ordinance of the Province of Groningen. In order to transport dangerous substances, carriers must comply with safety requirements, including transporting as much as possible along the designated transport routes. These transport routes are designated by the Empire as far as the national infrastructure is concerned. In addition, we shall designate a provincial basic network. It is important that these routes also remain suitable for the transport of dangerous goods, which is why we have included rules on this in the Environmental Regulation.
