Description

Please note: for a correct view and use of this dataset it is advisable to consult it at original page on the Piombino Portal. At the same address there are also, for the enabled datasets, additional access formats, the preview of the visualization via API call, the consultation of the fields in DCAT-AP IT format, the possibility to express an evaluation and comment on the dataset itself. All resource formats available for this dataset can be downloaded as ZIP packages: inside the package sarà available the resource in the chosen format, complete with all the information on the metadata and the license associated with it. The "road" is identified as the area for public use intended for the circulation of pedestrians, vehicles and animals. In the theme are described the areas of both main and secondary mobility and the corresponding graph representation. The distinction between the two types is as follows: A road is defined as main or secondary on the basis of the useful width of the rolling stock, in particular if the width of the rolling stock exceeds 7 m (two-way or multiple lanes) is defined as main, secondary if less than 7m wide (one-lane road) according to Commission specifications Geodesics for cartography at scale 1:10.000; more precisely, highways and motorway junctions are identified as the main roads, highways and all ordinary roads, while as secondary roads you can identify the paths of "carrareccia", "tratturo", "rotabile" secondary", "paths", etc. Definition of the DECREE of 10 November 2011 Technical rules for defining the content specifications of geotopographical databases.
