Hochsauerlandkreis Water Protected Areas
Description
Water protected areas in the Hochsauerlandkreis as surface-shaped objects. Water Protected Areas (WSG) are areas in which special laws and prohibitions apply in order to protect waters from harmful influences. There are special restrictions on use in water protected areas for the development, land use and handling of water hazardous substances in order to protect wells that serve the public drinking water supply.
