Description

The development plan Francop 7/Neuenfelde 12 for the area of application north of Hasselwerder Straße, the road forty pieces, Hohenwischer Straße and the road Rosengarten as well as south of Neß-Hauptdeich, Alte Süderelbe and Schlickdeponie Francop (Harburg district, districts 719 and 720) is established. The planned area is limited as follows: Rosengarten - via parcels 2722 and 2725 of the district Hasselwerder - Rosengarten - via parcel 2722, northern boundary of parcel 380, via parcel 467 (Alte Süderelbe) of the district Hasselwerder - Bezirksgrenze (Alte Süderelbe) - Hakengraben - via parcels 2060, 2062, 2064, 2066 and 2068, eastern boundary of the parcels 2019 to 2021, via parcel 2046 (Francoper Außendeich) of the district Francop - Hohenwischer Straße - Achtern Brack - Vierzigstücken - Hasselwerder Straße - Süd-, Ost- und Nordgrenze of parcel 674 of the district Hasselwerder - Hasselwerder Straße - Südost-, Nordost- und Nordwestgrenze of parcel 712 of the district Hasselwerder - Hasselwerder Straße.
