Buffering and Connecting Management Areas, State 08/08/2023
Description
The buffer and link management areas are the areas with the highest concentration of habitats of European interest, regionally important biotopes, VEN area, Natura2000 area and areas with an approved nature management plan, supplemented by the areas containing the main biotopes for a number of bat species. Within the management areas for buffering and linking, management agreements can be concluded - as stipulated by Ministerial Decree - for the objectives of species protection (only development and maintenance of species-rich grassland), buffering and linking and the maintenance of small landscape features. The focus is on buffering and connecting habitats, biotopes and vulnerable elements.
