Maternal counselling Hamburg

Description

With consultation hours, home visits and group events, the maternity counselling centres at the children's and adolescent health service of the districts offer a health-preventive counselling service for parents of infants and young children. They support and advise on all matters of nutrition and care as well as on vaccinations and coordinate further assistance. Other offers, also free of charge, are: breastfeeding advice, Weighing and measuring the child, home visits by a health and paediatric nurse also in the context of early aid, medical advice and/or examination of the child, Invitation system U 6/7, Information and advice on parent-child cures, fluorette output, Answers to questions on topics such as: insomnia, long-lasting screaming, problems with feeding, age-appropriate development, Exhaustion of parents, Postpartum depression
