Description
The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the development plan ‘Industrie- und Mischgebiet Unterwald’ of the municipality of Malterdingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planning area is located in the western part of the district and borders to the west on the railway lines and to the north on the L 113. It is part of the industrial park Malterdingen zziwschen L 113 in the north, the railway line in the west and the B 3 in the east.
