The High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine is a state collegial body of judicial governance, which on a permanent basis operates in the justice system of Ukraine within the powers specified in Article 93 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges", and in particular keeps records of the number of positions of judges in courts, including vacancies
