Average Indoor Radon Concentration 1989-2006
Description
Historical series relating to the estimation of the average concentration of radon (Rn-222) in air present in buildings in the province of Turin for the period from 1989 to 2006. The action level in underground or semi-underground premises is set at 500Bq/m3 in workplaces (DLgs 241/2000). For dwellings, a level of 200 Bq/m3 is recommended for buildings under construction and 400 Bq/m3 for existing buildings.
