Number and area of type 2 shops (supply of type 1 food and, in addition, gastronomy products to be understood as food prepared in authorised shops, stored in the manner provided for the type and possibly subjected to heating, or simple dishes prepared with a simple assembly of ingredients such as fruit salads, salads or dishes based on cured meats and cheeses, after washing and sanitization) opened and ended for the year 2010.
