Active agglomerations in Latvia included in Article 15 of Directive 91/271/EEC concerning urban waste water treatment in the report on the implementation of the Directive (areas where population and/or economic activities are sufficiently concentrated to cause a pollution load of not less than 2 000 human equivalents).
