Geographical positions of the addresses of Grand Poitiers Urban Community extended over 40 communes, published on the model of exchange of the National Address Base.The Local Address Base (BAL) is a structured file, standardised according to the recommendations of the AITF, in order to promote the exchange of local authorities with the BASE ADRESSE NATIONALE (BAN). Conforms to the common database of local data (SCDL) published by OPEN DATA France.
