National Underground Water Observation Stations
Description
Groundwater observation stations are a point file that summarises all the underground water stations in the country and the groundwater boreholes located therein, where groundwater levels are measured and chemical quality is determined. The point location of the stations shall correspond to the location of each station. The file is maintained in accordance with the Environmental Monitoring Programme for 2015-2020, based on the Environmental Policy Guidelines 2014-2020, approved by Cabinet Order No 130 of 26 March 2014 on Environmental Policy Guidelines 2014-2020.
