Description
Cultural heritage consists of a set of accumulated resources received inherited from the past, which, regardless of belonging, are considered in the perception of individuals and society as a reflector and voice of values, beliefs, knowledge, traditions, and includes the environment created in the interaction of people and places as time passes. Cultural monuments are divided into: 1. Archaeological Monuments 2. In urban building monuments 3. Architectural monuments 4. Art Monuments 5. The list of State protected cultural monuments of historical events is published in the newspaper Latvijas Vēstnesis.
