Quality denominations of “Jamons and Palettes” of Andalusia

Vector file representing the geographical scope covered by the quality designations of “Jamons and Palettes”. Andalusia has two protected designations of origin that protect Iberian hams and shoulders, the ‘Jamón de Huelva’ PDO and ‘Los Pedroches’ PDO; two Protected Geographical Indications preserving cured ham in certain areas of the provinces of Granada and Almeria, the PGI ‘Jamón de Trevélez’ and PGI ‘Jamón de Serón’.
