Description
The “Xarxa Topogràfica Municipal” (XTM) is a network of geodesic vertices that covers the municipality of Girona and serves as a base for topography works. It is a network of geopoints observed with GPS and classical topography since 1998, linked to a geodèse network of higher order called “Xarxa Utilitária” (XU) of the Cartographic and Geological Institute of Catalonia (ICGC). It is formed by about 400 points and each one has coordinates in UTM projection on the ETRS89 reference system with geometric dimension referenced to the average sea level of Alicante
