Road Network Inventory Sections

The linear layer of inventoried sections of the Andalusian road network reflects the layout of the inventoried sections of the regional network, calibrated by distance to origin (Pkdist). This layer is integrated into the Andalusian Road Information System, being documented since 1998 and reviewed every two months at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport. The information, created and stored in GIS format, has been collected at various levels of observation, although it is assumed that 1:5,000 would be the minimum scale at which the representation is reliable.
